screw the status quo. we need change and we need it now. we need not a leader who plays with words and public funds. we need not a leader whose years of service fall under the 'fiction' category. we definitely need not a leader who knows nothing. we require a leader who has conviction, who has the guts to change the seemingly unchangeable. we need... to prepare for 2007. Now.

People speak out!

Seems like people are beginning to speak out again. KUDOS to those who came up with this. Sana, dumami pa ang mga katulad natin... (thanks, Jonas, for the pic!) :)

This Billboard reminds me of The Marcos Regime.
Marcos used a lot of billboards to promote his Bagong Lipunan Messages and his political party The KBL.

My fellow Filipinos

The Filipino Politician is not really the treat for political instability in the Philippines but the Armed Forces of the Philippines. The AFP can change the structure of our country. They can grap power anytime they want.

The legacy of the Reform Armed Movement (RAM) still linger in the AFP. You should blame Juan Ponce Enrile and Gregorio Honasan the two Senators that you voted for the Senate office that created a monster. I can't believe that the Filipino people voted for these two arrogant and incompetent people!!!!
(are they still in office?).

I survived 7 Coup de tat during the Aquino government.
I am telling you NOW my fellow bloggers IT WAS VERY VERY SCARY,,, (24/7 GUNS FIRE EVERYWHERE).

It is the only way We can tell The multi-national investors to find another place to invest in South East Asia. That would be another embarrassing moment for you and me.

Kumain na lang tayo nang Dinner Rolls at mag hintay.
Ang Pakikibaka ay nag lipas na. bagod na ang Pilipinas!!

I could not have said it better myself! This billboard is crying to be said out loud on top of Malacanang. Guys, the Filipino solution is not gonna come by creating another political entity (we are all too good at creating multiple factions to no positive end). The solution is money - money makes the world go round, remember? Create businesses, create a middle class, create jobs - then, use that money to enact change. Buy out the rich, buy out the corrupt politicians, buy out the separatists and the leftists, buy out the corrupt legal, military and police elements!
